What about if you have a player that isn't simply interested in what the GM or the other players want, and want to do his own thing. I read an article describing a situation with a player who only wanted to get hookers, and didn't bother to pursue any plot hooks at all. How can that be handled?

The whole Gorgo subplot kinda feel flat for me. Sparta's situation reminds me more of the Battle of Britain though, so I don't really feel the whole right-wing propaganda, at least apart from Gorgo before the council and the bit at the end.
