Re: A Different Creation

Sounds neat. I definitely like the idea that Lunars have a choice to either develop a caste naturally or take one with the tattoos.

Re: The Neverborn would like your input!

I put in a vote for the Deathlords for one main reason. some people, including the writers at time, seems to forget that there are two parts to what a Deathlord is: a Solar ghost. I've seen FAR more focus on the Solar part and not on the ghost part, and that irks me. They're supposed to be beefy gho...

Re: Alternate Setting Ideas?

I've had a few ideas on that front. One is Age of Rebirth , an Exalted/oWoD crossover where a number of Exalts (one of each of the non-Abyssal Castes) went inside of Autochthon to aid him in determining a way to get rid of the Great Curse and were locked in Essence stasis while the world went to hel...

Haven't started this one yet, its in the planning stages, but nevertheless. Themes to include the conflict between technology and the environment, the danger...

Re: Game Themes

Age of Rebirth - An Exalted/Old World of Darkness crossover, set in 2009. Beginning with a group of Exalts who were taken within Autochthon to aid in the removal of the Great Curse (who were left in cryostasis until the present day), it has led to such shenanigans as an Eclipse going full anima in ...

Re: How long do your games go?

I've run three campaigns of note, two TT and one online, all Exalted. The TT games took place on back-to-back Fridays and Saturdays every other week, normally lasting between 5-6 hours on Friday and 7-8 on Saturday with breaks for noms in-between. Mind, this was aided by the fact that the entire gro...

Re: RotSE: Under the Rose

I'll admit that I'm also slightly confused by the revelation that killing Sol Invictus basically removes the Holy keyword from the game. According to the book, it's the "Most High" who declared the rolls of Creatures of Darkness, and his destruction removes this designation from the game....

Interesting, how something as simple as learning someone's name can have the same effect on a scene's dramatic tension as a wrecking ball would have on a plywood factory. ... *snrk* Psh. Finding out a character's name can be awesome in certain situations (e.g HRG revealing his first name in the sea...

As far as stats go, they have guidelines in Yu-shan (pg 120-128) depending on the rank of the spirit in question.

Meanwhile, my Sid (Mirthful Sage) has been climbing the ladder in the Convention of Wood, and thus has been focused on literally the other side of the universe.
