Try http://picasaweb.google.com/
To link images to picasa, just do the following;
1 - set up an account
2 - create an album and make it unlisted
3 - upload photos
4 - snag the links (links to photo) to the left of picasa at max size (800 px)
5 - copy the link, you'll get something like this
6 - paste it into notepad and delete everything but the jpg link like so
7 - edit into your post as normal.
8 - ????
9 - Profit
