Nevermind about the requirements of the charm, but think what having one's mind altered without consent and without regard for one's own free will must be like. And then having to live with a mind altered in such a way.

Not that, as a society, the DBs are innocent by any means, hell no. It's just that he throws all semblance of morality out the window and still is supposedly trying to be a hero. The only way he ever does do heroic stuff is coincidental to him following his libido and/or greed, and he only notices (and then takes credit for) it when someone else points it out.
I'm really looking forward to his beat-down.
