Exalted Equipment in M&M (3e)
(mainly solar edition, as they were the corebook splat)

Mundane Armor
Equipment
protection rating, equal cost in equipment points to rank, +1 if subtle (concealable)
Protection rating = 1/2 lethal soak of armor, rounded up.
Subtle if armor can be concealed (such as chain shirts and lamellar).

Buckler - Improved Parry 1; 1 power point
Target Shield - Improved Parry 1, Improved Dodge 1; 2 power points
Tower Shield - Improved Parry 1, Improved Dodge 2; 3 power points

Mundane Weapons
Equipment
typically strength-based damage, with equipment cost equal to damage; +1 per additional feature added (reach, penetrating x, improved critical x)
Damage = 1/2 (round up) the damage value in exalted.
R tag = reach 1
O tag = improved critical of rating (O -1)
P tag = add penetrating equal to half the damage value of the weapon

D&D Exalted (4e)
Template

Exalt - Elite (role unchanged)
Type is unchanged
Counts as two characters when determining experience gained for party (so a group of four PCs, with one exalt, would count as a 5 person group)
Saving Throws: +2 (accounts for resistance to wyld, poison, disease, fate); recovers from permanent effects after an extended rest
Action Points: gain 1 after each encounter, instead of 1 per milestone (better mote pool)
Hit Points: + 6 per level + Constitution score (accounts for natural soak, quicker healing by raising surge value)
Traits
Round Up - Unlike normal, Exalts always round up (this provides them with quicker bonuses to attack and defenses, as well as other miscellaneous advantages).
Stunting - With an interesting description provided, the DM should provide the Exalt with a +2 circumstance bonus for favorable conditions on a roll.


Narrative - exalts have extended lifespans, from 200+ to several thousand years. With the exception of Abyssal exalts they are not immortal, and so this effect has no actual mechanical significance.


Specific Exalt types will be covered by Character Themes (work in progress).

we're not that bad at /tg/ - its mostly 40K and D&D talk... but there is the occasional exalted thread as well, and WoD threads are even more common

Strength-of-Many regains 2 hit points whenever he starts his turn and has at least 1 hit point.

When Strength-of-Many willingly ends a grab as a free action, he can push the creature 10 squares and knock it prone.

He retains his statistics in his new form except as noted under Deadly Beastman. His clothing, armor, and other possessions do not change aside from Crescent Razor, which melds with his bull form.
